Since our founding, our primary goal is to ensure our customers will keep and use our items for a lifetime.  As such, we offer tailor-made and custom-made services for all items available in our online shop.

Tailoring means adapting the item you purchased to your measurements. This requires taking your measurements and a minimum of one (1)  fitting session, depending on the complexity of your order.

Customising means adapting the item you purchased to your preference (eg. color/material/length).

We have a large variety of materials available and can adapt any of our designs to better suit your personal style.

We are able to offer this service through our network of local and international vendors from whom we source high quality sustainable materials.

We believe it is essential to offer our customers the ability to customise any of our items to match their individuality. 

Examples:

  • You might love one of our dresses, but you would like a different “cut” or a different length
  • You might love one of our tops and trousers, but would prefer a jumpsuit, than a two-piece
  • You love our blazer, but would prefer a loose fit, rather than a tight fit

BESPOKE SERVICE PROCESS

Cleonice’s tailoring and customisation service process

OPTION 1

After you have sent us a request to order a tailor-made or custom-made item from our online store, an appointment is scheduled to your convenience at our atelier in Lisbon, where we take your measurements and show you all the options available to customise your order.

OPTION 2

If you are not available for an appointment at our atelier, we will contact you to schedule a video call with a member of our team, who will guide you through taking your own measurements and present you with all the material options available to customise your order.

During our atelier visit or video call we will clarify all questions you might have and present you with the various production timelines and respective prices.

You will be able choose between three different timelines:

Urgent

  1. Your item will be ready for final fitting in up to 1 week
  2. This timeline costs an added 250€

Fast Track

  1. Your item will be ready for final fitting in up to 2 weeks
  2. This timeline costs an added 200€

Regular

  1. Your item will be ready for final fitting in up to 4 weeks
  2. This timeline costs an added 150€

PLEASE NOTE

The prices presented are only for the delivery timeline. Your material and customisation choices are assessed and budgeted independently.

After your final fitting at our atelier your item will be ready for pick-up or shipment within a week.

  • If you are not available for a final fitting at our atelier and there are further adjustments to make please take into account the time to send the item back for us to fit it and back again to you.
  • If you have ordered more than one item we cannot guarantee the same timelines. A member of our team will discuss correct timelines with you during your first appointment or video call.

Once we have agreed to all details of your order, we will send you an invoice for the total agreed amount.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  1. You can pay via PayPal to our email address info@cleonice.me
  2. We can set up a payment request to your preferred address via PayPal
  3. You can transfer the funds to us via bank transfer

We will only process your order after the payment has been cleared.

Once your payment has been cleared we will begin producing your order and provide an estimated time of delivery.  A final confirmation will be sent once your item has been shipped along with the date of arrival and tracking number.

Customers who are able to attend a final fitting at our atelier, all items can be “picked-up” in person where a member of our team will be present for a final quality review.  Items can be shipped locally if preferred.

 

PLEASE NOTE

  • All our items are adapted to the measurements we have taken or that have been provided to us.
  • We always leave a margin of error, even more so when the measurements weren’t taken by us.
  • We take as many measurements as possible, but please be aware that measurements, no matter how many we take, cannot account for the entirety of the human form.
  • A final fitting is essential to the tailoring process, so our orders are always accompanied with box of pins and we are available to guide you through the process of fitting via video call.
  • If your items arrived too large, please don’t worry as this is part of the process and let us know so a member of our team can arrange a convenient time to guide you through your fitting.

As the final fitting is essential to our tailoring process, we cover the costs of shipping the item back to us via regular tracked mail. Please ship the item back to us and let us know the cost so we can refund you for the amount.

Please let us know about your timeline needs in advance so we can ensure to meet your expectations.

As soon as we have received the item we will immediately correct it and ship it back to you within the agreed timeline.
