Due to our tailored service, we source our fabrics selectively to ensure we avoid generating waste and produce our attire upon request. As a result, many items are limited and quickly become out of stock. Should any piece of our collection appear out of stock on our website please contact our CLEONICE specialists at and we will do our best to ensure we fulfil your order exactly as you wish.

At CLEONICE we are pleased to offer a “sale price adjustment” on items purchased 7 days prior to being placed on sale. All approved price adjustments will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase within 10 business days. We are unable to offer a price adjustment on items originally purchased on sale, on any special promotion that temporarily reduces the price, or if the item is no longer in stock.

If an item is purchased at a sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further discounted regardless of the reason.

Any product you return must be in the same condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Returns received without the original packaging will not be refunded.
We look at each return carefully to ensure they have not been worn. Returns received back at our showroom with any signs of wear such as scent of perfumes, stained with cosmetics or will be returned back to the sender or buyer and no refund will be offered.
