We do hope you love your new purchase.  However, we also strive to ensure we provide the best – and fairest – service to our clients.  Thus, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your CLEONICE item for a full refund on all full price items. This excludes items listed as “Final Sale”, as well as intimates and swimwear for hygiene purposes.

Should any intimate or swimwear items arrive with any defects, not caused by the purchaser, please contact us at info@cleonice.me and our customer care representatives will evaluate your request for refund.

Although we strive to provide the best quality product possible, we do realise that there is always a small risk of defects occurring in handling of pieces throughout the production and distribution process.  For this reason, we want to ensure all our clients are not only satisfied with their orders, but feel respected as a valued member of the CLEONICE family.

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

We will refund the price that you paid for the items, taking into account any discounts or promotions applied, if applicable.

Refunds will not include any shipping costs incurred.  All refunds will be applied to the same method of payment used in purchasing the order.

Orders placed, unless bespoke, are dispatched within 10-12 business days depending on the availability of the items and quantities purchased.

Please be mindful that all Cleonice items are made-to-order as we are strong advocates of the ‘slow fashion’ movement and believe this to be a successful path towards a Zero-Waste future.

Our intention is to provide a catered service to our customers and ensure we create a sustainable production line and eliminate unnecessary waste.

Following dispatch mainland orders, within Portugal, Madeira and Azores are delivered within 2 business days.
All other European countries have an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days. North, Central and South America and Africa have an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days.
Orders are dispatched via CTT Express or Chronopost from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.
We recommend that someone be available at the delivery address until 6pm as the item(s) will need to be signed for.  If nobody is available at the time of delivery, you will receive a note to pick up your item(s) at the closest postal office within 6 business days or to re-schedule the delivery at a preferred time.
If the item(s) haven’t been picked up within this time frame, if the name on the delivery address is incorrect or if the delivery is refused, your order will be returned to us.
Once we receive it we will inform you as soon as possible and proceed to resend to the address of your choosing, once a new shipping payment has been cleared.  We will not be able to dispatch the item again, unless a new shipping payment is made.  You can however pick up the item at our atelier, by contacting us at info@cleonice.me.

If you’re in Portugal, you have 14 business days to return items after you receive your shipment. If you’re outside Portugal, you have 25 business days. There is no restocking fee. We do not cover the shipping cost of returning your item. Your refund will be credited to the same credit/debit card used to make the purchase.

Mainland shipping costs within Portugal start at 4.50€.  Shipping prices increase with larger purchases.
Following dispatch, mainland orders (Portugal, Madeira and Azores) are delivered within 1-2 business days.

All other European countries have shipping costs starting at 16.50€.  Price subject to change for high volume purchases.
Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.

North, Central and South America and Africa shipping costs start at 25.30€. Price subject to change for high volume purchases.  Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Sorry, we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes. If you list a P.O. box as your shipping method, you will be contacted for an alternative address.

Of course!  We accept credit cards through PayPal from around the world and offer shipping to all countries in Europe, Africa, the United States of America, Latin America (Central and South) and the Caribbean.

The cost of shipping your order is covered once you place the order, but we do not cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes. These fees are out of our control and vary by country. They are the responsibility of the customer and due upon receipt of your package.

We only offer exchanges on standard sized orders. Please contact us at info@cleonice.me and we will assess your request.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
