Making a Payment
Visit our online catalogue for all available collections and individual empowerment pieces.  Once you have selected your CLOENICE attire, click on ‘Add to Cart’ and define the quantity you wish to acquire, and proceed to insert your details, as required.
We currently accept immediate online payments through Paypal and Express Paypal, which means you do not have to have a Paypal account in order to make a purchase on our site.

All prices quoted on this website are in Euros.
All costs pertaining to your order will be displayed and summarized on the website at the moment of confirmation of your purchase.

All transactions through this online shop are protected by Secure Sockers Layer (SSL) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit processor. All payments with credit cards are processed in real time for your security and protection.
All information that you provide us with is encrypted with SSL technology. This process of encryption assures that nobody decodes your personal data while it travels from your computer to ours and from ours to the bank.
You can verify on your browser that it is in security mode at the checkout by the pictured lock on the center or corner of the navigation bar.

Orders placed, unless bespoke, are dispatched within 10-12 business days depending on the availability of the items and quantities purchased.

Please be mindful that all Cleonice items are made-to-order as we are strong advocates of the ‘slow fashion’ movement and believe this to be a successful path towards a Zero-Waste future.

Our intention is to provide a catered service to our customers and ensure we create a sustainable production line and eliminate unnecessary waste.

Following dispatch mainland orders, within Portugal, Madeira and Azores are delivered within 2 business days.
All other European countries have an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days. North, Central and South America and Africa have an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days.
Orders are dispatched via CTT Express or Chronopost from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.
We recommend that someone be available at the delivery address until 6pm as the item(s) will need to be signed for.  If nobody is available at the time of delivery, you will receive a note to pick up your item(s) at the closest postal office within 6 business days or to re-schedule the delivery at a preferred time.
If the item(s) haven’t been picked up within this time frame, if the name on the delivery address is incorrect or if the delivery is refused, your order will be returned to us.
Once we receive it we will inform you as soon as possible and proceed to resend to the address of your choosing, once a new shipping payment has been cleared.  We will not be able to dispatch the item again, unless a new shipping payment is made.  You can however pick up the item at our atelier, by contacting us at info@cleonice.me.

CLEONICE’s products are tailored to the instructions of our clients using body measurements either collected by our experienced team of tailors and seamstresses, or by the purchaser through our online platforms.  Adjustment to pieces fully prepared by CLEONICE staff can be provided at our Atelier, post-purchase.  CLEONICE does not assume responsibility for measurement errors or order errors, conducted by third parties.
The Supplier does not assume any responsibility, to the extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the quality of the products or the availability or adequacy of the same, for a particular purpose.
The Supplier will not be liable to the extent permitted by applicable law, for any direct, indirect, temporary or consequential damages that occurred during the use of any products in their online shop.

CLEONICE issues one-time gift cards in Euros (EUR).

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Unless contrary to applicable law, gift cards are valid for 24 calendar months from the date of purchase. Gift cards presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

You can use your gift card number as a coupon when purchasing an item. This will automatically deduct the amount from your purchase at check-out.

CLEONICE reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift card which they deem to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged, resold or which is otherwise suspected to be fraudulently reproduced. Gift cards cannot be bought with another gift card.
